Approach and Results 

Supported executive team to launch transformation effort, with workstreams touching underwriting, sales, human resources and non-personnel cost reductions.   Guided client on change management and communication to ensure successful transformation.   Structured and kicked off project management office, work stream leaders and overall program governance.  Built multi-year roadmap and transformation scorecard.  Resulted in 15% cost reduction and increased growth in targeted areas. 

Led a large project team across 10 different workstreams to substantially lower costs and increase digital capabilities.  Workstreams included physical location consolidation, consolidation of technology systems, product portfolio streamlining, and .   The effort also included change management and communication planning to thousands of impacted employees.   Resulted in 10% cost reduction and streamlined organization.   

Translated strategy into tangible roadmap with work-stream level action plans.  Launched program management office, workstream leaders and associated governance structure.  Developed milestones and scorecards to track success of implementation.  Crafted internal messaging to launch execution effort.
